<br /> DES:djJc 06/14/94 (097/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12221 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE FUNDING OF THE DESIGN AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br /> HAMILTON AND MARSHALL STREETS <br /> (COUNTY OF SAN MATEO) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement, entitled, "Agreement Between the <br /> County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City Regarding <br /> Responsibilities Inherent With a Project to Install a Traffic <br /> Signal at Hamilton and Marshall Streets in Redwood City", by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California and the County of San Mateo, a political <br /> subdivision of the State of California, a copy of which agreement <br /> is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is <br /> hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
