<br /> DES:dj1e- 06/13/94 (095/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12217 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) <br /> SANITARY SEWER LATERAL CAMERA <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br /> solicited for the purchase of one (1) sanitary sewer lateral <br /> camera for the Department of General Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br /> received; and <br /> WHEREAS, 3T Equipment Company of Petaluma, California, is <br /> the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> of this Council to accept the bid thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The bid of 3T Equipment Company for the sale of one ( 1) <br /> sanitary sewer lateral camera to the City of Redwood City in the <br /> amount of Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ten and 13/100 Dollars <br /> ($13,910.13) in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated <br /> February 26, 1994, is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby <br /> declared to be the lowest responsible bidder in response to <br /> solicitation for bids without advertisement for said purchase. <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> 3T Equipment Company is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute such purchase orders or other purchase documents (in form <br /> approved by the City Attorney) to effectuate the purchase <br /> approved hereby. <br /> * * * <br /> -"'-" <br />
