EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will provide one Mental Health Clinician to provide services at Sequoia High <br />School's Sequoia Teen Resource Center for 2016-2017 school year. The Mental <br />Health Clinician shall carry out the following responsibilities: <br />a. The Mental Health Clinician will provide counseling services and any <br />related administrative work for students referred to the Sequoia Teen <br />Resource Center. <br />b.
