<br /> DES:djk 06/17/94 (104/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12212 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> HISTORIC SIGN PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Historic Sign Project <br /> Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br /> by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Historic Sign Project - City of Redwood City, <br /> California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br /> Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
