The City Manager is hereby <br /> authorized to direct that water meters or classes of water <br /> meters may be read bi-monthly and that the billing period <br /> therefor shall be for a two-month period. In such event, <br /> the cubic foot delivery amounts specified in the foregoing <br /> rate table shall be doubled for the purpose of computing the <br /> applicable water quantity charges. " <br /> 2. Resolution No. 12075 entitled, "Resolution Amending <br /> Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water <br /> Department (General Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; <br /> and Rescinding Resolution No. 11841", adopted September 13, 1993, <br /> is hereby rescinded. <br /> 3.
