<br /> DES:d;lc "'1/11/94 (074/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12206 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT (AS AMENDED) WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO <br /> PROVIDE AN INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR 1993-1994 <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement With the <br />City of Redwood City, Fair Oaks Community Center for Human <br />Services Programs" and that certain amendment thereto <br />entitled, "Amendment to Agreement With Fair Oaks Information <br />and Referral Center for Human Services Program" <br />(collectively, the "Agreement") , by and between the County <br />of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City, pursuant to which <br />said County shall provide funding for, and the City shall <br />furnish, an information and referral program by and through <br />the City's Fair Oaks Community Center, for fiscal year July <br />1 , 1993 - June 30, 1994, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is, and <br />each of them are, hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> I ~;2.o b <br /> ... ....-......-.......---.............-----.,--....--...--........--.....- . <br />
