<br /> DES:djk n6/02/94 (090/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12202 <br /> ---------- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE MANHOLE <br />RAISING PROJECT 1994; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Manhole Raising Project <br />1994, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br />bids for the work therein described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Manhole Raising Project 1994 - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
