EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY Real property in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL ONE: Portion of Lots 2 and 3 in Block "D" as shown on that certain Map entitled, "BOYD AND KENT'S ADDITION", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on June 12, 1905 in Book "D" of Maps at Page 10 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at Page 66, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Southeast line of said Lot 2, distant thereon Northeast 25 feet from the most South corner; thence Northwest with the line dividing said Lots 2 and 3, a distance of 37.21 feet to the Southeast line of the City and County of San Francisco right of way; thence South 83° 40' 30" West along said Southeast line 79.66 feet to the Southeast line of Hemlock Avenue (formerly Oak) as shown on the said Map; thence Southwest along the last mentioned line, 19.48 feet to the Southwest line of said Lot 3; thence Southeast along the last mentioned Lot line 100 feet to the most South corner of Lot 3; thence Northeast along the Southeast line of said Lots 3 and 2, 75 feet to the point of beginning.
