These vehicles <br />will display a dashboard permit. <br /> <br />Traffic Diversion – Lineup area: <br />To reduce traffic congestion and to ensure the safety of local residents and <br />parade participants, the PCA is requesting the temporary closure on July <br />4th of the left turn lane from west bound Whipple to Winslow from 8:00 am <br />until 12:30 pm. <br />6.3.F. - Page 8
