Open the gates at the Marshall Street <br />parking structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until normal operations <br />on July 5. <br />Provide the PCA with a contact name and phone number if problems occur with <br />the parking gates. <br /> <br />Street sweeping of the Festival area at approximately 7:30 PM after the Festival <br />has closed on July 4. It is requested that street sweeping in the Festival <br />area not begin until 7:3 0 PM to allow vendors to complete their <br />breakdown and leave the area. <br /> <br />6.3.F. - Page 11
