A CHP180 must accompany the tow. <br /> <br />Emergency Personnel: <br />The Fire Department will have personnel on scene for the fireworks. The City’s Fire <br />Marshal will have authority for safety of the launch area (Wharf 4) and will be working <br />closely with the pyrotechnic company and personnel on meeting all safety standards. <br /> <br />Equipment will also be staged in the area. Only emergency personnel and other <br />designated City personnel will be allowed in once the road closures have taken place. <br /> <br />RCFD will also have a boat on the water to handle fire and medical emergency. <br /> <br />6.3.F. - Page 15
