SLAC National Accelerator Center, U.S. Department of Energy, Menlo Park – research and <br />technology, 1,400 staff and 300 researchers.5 <br />2. Facebook, Inc., Menlo Park – social media/tech. Estimated 7,500 employees and growing. <br />3. Forced Dump Debris Box Svc, Burlingame – garbage collection. Estimated 1,000 employees per <br />EDD. <br />4. Franklin Resources, San Mateo – asset management, 9,100 employees in 35 countries. <br />5.
