<br /> DES:djk ()E:)/18/94 (077/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12198 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FUND <br /> TRANSFER AGREEMENT (FTA04A39 ) FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE <br /> UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "State of California - <br /> Department of Transportation - Fund Transfer Agreement", dated as <br /> of April 26, 1994, by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California and the State of <br /> California Department of Transportation, pursuant to which the <br /> City shall receive funds derived under the Passenger Rail and <br /> Clean Air Bond Act of 1990 ( "Proposition 108") for the Jefferson <br /> Avenue Underpass Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> ,.....".-.,...-., . ,-_... ... . -.' ..--.....---.--..--..-----r-.~--..-.-.. - ---------- <br />
