DES·djk 05/19/94 (#19) o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 RESOLUTION NO. 12195 N o. 12195 ---------- - - RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95, SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, June 6, 1994, is hereby established as the date upon which the proposed budget for 1994-95 fiscal year shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, July 18, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the time and place for public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 1994-95; said date is hereby established as the date of introduction for the ordinance adopting said budget; and August 1, 1994, is hereby established as the date of final adoption of said ordinance. 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice to be published of the availability for inspection of copies of the proposed budget, and stating the time and place at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. * * * .._.. , . .._.... . ..____._.______~_..___.___¡_----..-..-.-..-....-...m--.-.---." _._
