<br /> DES:djk 05/18/94 (077/34) <br /> o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12193 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MONITORING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO WETLAND MITIGATION SITE AT NEW POLICE <br /> FACILITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12080 <br /> (BIOSYSTEMS ANALYSIS, INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has implemented a wetland <br /> mitigation and wildlife habitat enhancement program at the new <br /> Police Facility located on Maple Street in the City of Redwood <br /> City, California (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> expert environmental mitigation monitoring, reporting and <br /> maintenance services; and <br /> WHEREAS, BioSystems, Analysis, Inc. of Tiburon, California <br /> represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br /> Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Monitoring <br /> and Maintenance Services - Wetland Mitigation Site at the New <br /> Police Facility" (form dated 05/18/94) , by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and BioSystems Analysis, Inc. , for the performance of <br /> the above- mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> ~'····r.·..,_'_·' ..-~~- - ..
