<br /> DES~"jk (\1:)/13/94 (016/32) <br /> o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12190 <br /> <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> 1993-1994 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1993-1994 Sidewalk <br /> Repair and Tree Program, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the 1993-1994 Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program - <br /> City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2.
