<br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> DRAFT <br /> Mr. Vince Truscelli <br /> Peninsula Celebration Association <br /> 814 Hamilton Street <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> Re: The Fourth of July Parade, Festival, and Fireworks activities <br /> Dear Mr. Truscelli: <br /> The City Council on ***** has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br /> Peninsula Celebration Association to conduct the Fourth of July Parade, <br /> Festival, and Fireworks activities, and an Arts and Crafts Fair subject to and in <br /> accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> The permission herein granted is to the Peninsula Celebration Association <br /> (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. Parade. Festival. Fireworks. and Art & Craft Fair: Said activities shall be <br /> sponsored by the Permittee. <br /> 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Nontransferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> 4. Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br /> reserved therefor, in the areas shown on attached map, on letter dated <br /> February 10, 1994. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be conducted <br /> and the streets reserved therefor, on Broadway between Main and Winslow <br /> Streets, and Hamilton and Middlefield Streets between Theater/Middlefield <br /> and Marshall Street. <br /> 5. Dates and Time: The parade and festival shall be conducted on Monday, <br /> July 4, 1994. The parade and staging area shall be reserved from 6:00 A.M. <br /> to 3:00 P.M.; the parade route shall be reserved from 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 <br /> P.M.
