CA 94063 <br /> Dear Council Members: <br /> The Peninsula Celebration Association wishes to make a formal <br /> request to hold the annual Fourth of July Parade, Festival <br /> and Fireworks in Redwood City, on Monday July 4, 1994. The <br /> pre-parade 5K footrace will start at 9:30 A.M., followed by <br /> the Parade at 10:30 A.M. and the festival from 9:00 A.M. to <br /> 6:00 P.M. , at dusk the Fireworks Display will again be held <br /> over the South Shores Property. On July 2nd, 3rd and 4th an <br /> Arts and Craft Fair will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. <br /> as indicated on the attached map along with Parade line up <br /> area and route. <br /> The Following Services are Requested: <br /> I. Street Sweepers to be available at approximately <br /> 10:00 A..M. to pick up fresh horse droppings along <br /> the Parade route. They will also be needed along <br /> Broadway Avenue after' the Festival approxill!aeely <br /> 6:00 P.M. <br /> 2. Deliver and pick up available bleachers to Marshall <br /> and Winslow Streets prior to and after the Parade. <br /> 3 . Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations <br /> along the Parade:oroute as determined by the Police <br /> ~ Department and the P.C.A., to be in place before <br /> 7:00 A.M. <br /> § CññI 4 . Install along the Parade route, immediately before <br /> ~~ æ G=Ð thè l'atade the P.C.A. Flags, which are in storage <br /> - CññI at the City Yard, and remove them as soon as <br /> ¡I .þ. c::;I possible after the Parade.
