EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. SERVICES <br />Consultant will revise the City's Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) to meet State Waste Discharge Requirements <br />of Operators of Sewer Collection Systems. Consultant shall: <br />1) Develop a new SSMP. <br />2) Prepare related documents from researching City information. <br />3) Attend research meetings with the City and Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW) Treatment Plant. <br />4) Update and insert current Overflow Emergency Response Plans into the new and revised SSMP. <br />5) Attend meetings with staff to review draft versions. <br />6) Prepare SSMP revision for Council adoption. <br />7) Provide one hard copy, and one electric copy of the revised SSMP to the City at completion. <br />B. PAYMENT TERMS <br />Consultant shall provide the services outlined herein on an hourly basis not to exceed $24,716.00.
