<br /> DES:djk 0')/16/93 (050/34) <br /> o RIG I N A L 4/18/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12165 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-8 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> ACCEPTING OPFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; AND RESCINDING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11944 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That certain parcel map (including any dedications of <br /> easements described therein) identified as Parcel Map No. 91-8 <br /> (3011 and 3015 Oak Knoll Drive) in the City of Redwood City, <br /> prepared by Brian, Kangas & Foulk, Civil Engineers for CHL <br /> Richfield, a California Limited Partnership, the owners of record <br /> of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer <br /> as conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements for Parcel Map <br /> No. 91-8" (form dated 04/05/94) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> "I' <br />
