<br /> DES:djk 011./05/94 (066/34) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12162 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO <br /> REMOVAL OF ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS AT VARIOUS CITY <br /> BUILDINGS <br /> (WINGES ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to remove <br /> architectural barriers at various City Buildings in the City of <br /> Redwood City (the IIproject") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> expert professional architectural services for the preparation of <br /> plans and specifications; and <br /> WHEREAS, Winges Architecture & Planning, has represented <br /> that it is experienced and qualified to perform said expert <br /> professional services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Architectural <br /> Services - Removal of Architectural Barriers at Various City <br /> Buildings - Phase 11" (form dated 04/05/94) , by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and Winges Architecture & Planning, pursuant to which <br /> said Architect shall prepare plans and specifications for the <br /> removal of architectural barriers at various City buildings, a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the particulars <br /> "_ _....~ n~_"__ __.~u ~._._._...... ····1-+· <br />
