<br /> DES:djk "3/30/94 (058/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12160 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF HASTINGS <br /> UNIT 1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS: APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That certain final subdivision map (including <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Hastings <br /> Unit 1" prepared by Charles W. Davidson Co. , Consulting Civil <br /> , Engineers, consultants for Davidson-Woodson/Hastings Project, a <br /> California general partnership, by Charles W. Davidson, General <br /> Partner, and by Woodson Development Company, a California <br /> corporation, General Partner, by Jim L. Woodson, President, the <br /> owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Hastings Unit I Subdivision", (form dated <br /> 03/30/94) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> 'T'- +h <br />
