<br /> DES:djk "1/30/94 (058/37) <br /> "Hastings Unit 1 Technical Specifications", as well as the City's <br /> specifications entitled "Engineering Standards - City of Redwood <br /> City", adopted December 16, 1991, which plans and specifications <br /> are on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> which the above- mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Hastings Unit 1 Subdivision", (form dated 03/30/94) , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 4 .
