<br /> DES: d j k 02/ 0 2 / 9 4 (034/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/28/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12151 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTIONS ALONG <br /> PORTIONS OF PUBLIC STREETS (REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY AND <br /> TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND <br /> HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br />§8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br />its Resolution No. 12129, adopted January 31, 1994, declared its <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non-access <br />restrictions along portions of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin <br />Dolphin Drive in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 8322 and 8323 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the <br />abovementioned non-access restrictions has been published and <br />posted; and <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing has been held and evidence <br />taken; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. This Council hereby finds and declares that the <br />hereinafter described non-access restrictions are unnecessary for <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br />non-access restrictions vacated. <br /> 2 . The non-access restrictions to be vacated are described <br />in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" hereof, which Exhibits <br />are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> "~._.._._..'_.u,.,..
