<br /> DES:djk r~/10/94 (023/37) <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of II-WARN and the agencies which <br /> are signatories to said Omnibus Mutual Aid Agreement, annually to <br /> renew said agreement with such revisions as may be appropriate <br /> and annually to publish a list of all water agencies <br /> participating in said mutual aid program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforementioned Mutual Aid Agreement conforms to <br /> the California Emergency Services Act (Title 2, Division 1 , <br /> Chapter 7 [§8550 et seq. ] of the Government Code and, <br /> specifically, Article 14 [§8630 et seq.] thereof) ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "II-WARN Omnibus Mutual Aid <br /> Agreement", dated as of April 30, 1993, in the form of Exhibit <br /> "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 12148 <br /> ...~., .
