RESOLUTION NO. 12145 <br /> DES:djk n2/01/94 (039/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/14/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12145 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> For the Use of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range", by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California and the County of San Mateo Coroners Office, <br /> granting to said County the non-exclusive use of City's Weapons <br /> Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, <br /> a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> .. ."..~"._._"_~","__..____._,-<-c_._."_.___......_..__,.,. <br />
