RESOLUTION NO. 12141 <br /> DES:djk 0'2/07/94 (042/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/14/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12141 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SURVEYING AND BASE MAPPING SERVICES FOR <br /> 1994 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT - PHASE I <br /> (WILSEY & HAM) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires surveying and <br /> base mapping services for the 1994 Sewer Main Replacement Project <br /> - Phase I in the City of Redwood City, California (the <br /> "project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham of Foster City, California represents <br /> that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement - Surveying and <br /> Base Mapping Services for 1994 Sewer Main Replacement Project - <br /> Phase I" (form dated 02/07/94) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and Wilsey & Ham, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br /> services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br /> to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> "u_ "___,_~"_._._.._.____~_._~"_.____,",_,__,,,,._, ____._,___._,,__~.,_ <br />
