By reason of the findings aforesaid, said building <br />constitutes a dangerous building and fire hazard as those terms are <br />described in Section 9.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City and <br />is otherwise in a condition or state which endangers the life, <br />health, property and safety of the public, and said building is <br />hereby declared to be a public nuisance pursuant to the provisions <br />of Section 9.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 3. The owner of said building is hereby directed to abate <br />said public nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date of <br />adoption of this resolution by having said building and <br />appurtenances properly reconstructed or repaired, or by razing or <br />removing said building. <br /> 4 . By certified copy hereof, the owner of said building is <br />hereby notified that unless said owner abates said nuisance within <br />the aforementioned thirty (30)-day period, said building will be <br />razed or removed by the City and all expenses thereof shall be made <br />a lien on the property in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />9.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 5. The Building Official is hereby authorized and directed to <br />post a copy of this resolution conspicuously on the building <br />condemned hereby, and to mail a certified copy thereof to the person <br />named as the owner thereof on the last equalized assessment roll <br />maintained by the County Assessor, County of San Mateo and <br />thereafter said Building Official shall file his/her affidavit with <br />the City Clerk certifying to the time and manner of posting a copy <br />of said resolution and as to the mailing thereof. <br /> * * * <br /> 12117 <br /> 3 <br /> ^ ..
