The Notifications module will provide a central view of <br />Notification all notifications exchanged between the customer and <br />4. the City. Specifically, the customers will be able to: <br />• View all notifications, alerts received from the <br />utility <br />• Select and respond to a notification <br />• View responses to the notifications sent by the <br />customer to utility <br />The notification/alert types will include: <br />• Updates to contact information <br />• Updates to notification preferences — Opt -in and <br />Opt -out <br />• Water leakage alert based on configurable flow <br />rate <br />• High usage alert <br />• Payment accepted <br />• Ad hoc messages to selected customers <br />The Connect Me module will provide a single click <br />option for the customer to contact City customer <br />5. Connect Me service via the mobile app, text message, phone, and <br />email. Specifically, the customers will be able to: <br />• View all utility customer service contact options <br />based on request type on the Mobile app and <br />within the portal. <br />• Send a message to the utility customer service <br />desk and receive responses. <br />• View all of the utility's social media accounts (on <br />Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, and <br />YouTube) for updates in one view within the portal <br />and the mobile app. <br />Compare The Compare module will display the customer's <br />water use compared with other similar customers. <br />Specifically, the City customers will be able to view <br />their water use for past 12 months compared with: <br />• Previous year use <br />• Other similar customers in neighborhood (defined <br />as zip code and "Site ID") <br />6• • View personalized savings tips based on service <br />(electric / water), and customer class <br />(residential/C&I) <br />Shared Water Budget Accounts - Graphically <br />display a line or similar feature representing a <br />water use budget for individual accounts or <br />groupings of accounts using the process <br />maintained by the City's Utility Billing System <br />which groups accounts that share a water budget <br />using a unique value called "Site ID" in conjunction <br />with a coded value water use type classification. <br />The two values together are referred to as a "Sub - <br />Site". <br />Page 13 of 38 <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.104/SMART ENERGY SYSTEMS—CUSTOMER WATER USE PORTAL <br />REV: 05-15-17 MI <br />
