Wilson <br />100 Saint Paul Street <br />Denver, CO 80206 <br />The City of Redwood City ("City") is the owner of certain real property situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described in the attached Exhibit A (the <br />"Property"). The City has entered into that certain License Agreement. ith WC Harbor <br />Communities, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, ("Licensee"), date _ 2017, (the <br />"License Agreement"), in which the City has granted to Licensee certain rights to improve and use <br />the Property. Licensee owns property adjacent to and contiguous with the Property. <br />By the execution and recording of this Memorandum of License Agreement, the City and Licensee <br />desire to give notice to the public of the License Agreement. The names and addresses of the City <br />and Licensee are as set forth above in this Memorandum. The Property covered by this <br />Memorandum of License Agreement is as set forth in the first paragraph of this Memorandum.
