06/12/2017 <br />3. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute each of <br />the Affordability Agreement, the Reconveyances, the MidPen Right to Repurchase, and <br />the County Right to Purchase. <br />4. The City Council further authorizes the City Manager to execute any other <br />documents and take any and all actions necessary to effectuate the forgiveness of the <br />Loans and/or the Property Transfer. <br />5.
