RESOLUTION NO. 12107 <br /> DES:djk 11/29/93 (013/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 12/6/93 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12107 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-3; <br /> ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT THEREIN <br /> OFFERED; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP <br /> FOR RECORDATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain parcel map (including dedication of <br />easement described therein) identified as "Parcel Map No. 93-3", <br />prepared by Fredric V. Allen, Inc. , Engineers for Michael W. <br />O'Brien and Richard J. Armstrong, the owners of record of the <br />real property described by said parcel map, heretofore determined <br />by the City Engineer as conforming to the requirements of the <br />City of Redwood City for said parcel map, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The offer of dedication of the public service easement <br />shown upon the herein described map, is hereby accepted. <br /> 3.
