<br /> , <br /> DES:dJ~ 12/19/95 (030/68) <br /> E X H I BIT "A" <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES - REDWOOD SHORES TRAFFIC <br /> IMPROVEMENTS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 1996, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and BRIAN KANGAS FOULK of Redwood City, California <br />("Consultant") ; <br /> " <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, City requires consulting engineering services for <br />the Redwood Shores Traffic Improvements Assessment District in <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> l. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting engineering and related services described in Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br /> ,- ~T""'"~' . <br />
