• 6. Electrical Panels: <br /> The eledrical panels are old and not looking good. I was advised that there are maJor electrical <br /> circuit deficiencies.The last Preventative Maintenance service tag I could flnd was performed in <br /> 2000. NOTE: I am not qualified to inspect or determine the conditlon of elec[rical panels. This <br /> inspection should be performed by a qualifiedtechnlcian. At minimum, panel maintenance <br /> should be performed — clean, tighten and scan. Panel covers should also be checked for proper <br /> installation. <br /> 7. Exterlor Trellis at South/West Corner of Facility: <br /> The trellis is in a state of failure and poses a safety threat if not repaired. If trellis is to be saved, <br /> the trees must be cut back flirst to assess damage. Seismichardware,rotted framing member's <br /> replacement and paint would be required.Removal of trellis is another option. <br /> 8.
