<br />3. <br /> <br />Subsection 8. Term and Effective Period of Section D. General Provisions of <br /> <br />the City/County Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"8. Term and Effective Period. This Agreement shall be effective the <br /> <br />period from July 1,2003 through June 30, 2008. All services are subject to the <br /> <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement" <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Subparagraph c) of paragraph 1. of Exhibit C of the City/County Agreement is <br /> <br />deleted in its entirety. Quarantine processing services will be addressed separately in the <br /> <br />CountylPHS Agreement. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The sixth bullet of Paragraph 11. Excluded Services of Exhibit C of the <br /> <br />City/County Agreement which reads "The processing of in-home quarantines which may be <br /> <br />resolved over the phone, as determined by County or County Contractor" shall be deleted in its <br /> <br />entirety. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The fourth bullet of subparagraph 1 of paragraph C. COUNTY'S <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES of the City/County Agreement which reads, "Processing in-home <br /> <br />quarantines which may be resolved over the phone" is hereby deleted. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Except as specifically set forth in this First Amendment, all other provisions of <br /> <br />the City/County Agreement shall remain unchanged in full force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this First Amendment to the <br /> <br />City/County Agreement for Animal Control Services to be executed by their duly authorized <br /> <br />representatives on the day and year first written above. <br /> <br />- 3- <br /> <br />-'--'-""'---"----'--'-- r'- <br />
