Upon the effective date of this Agreement, Counry shall form a <br /> monitoring committee that shall hereafter be referred to as the <br /> Animal Control Task Force, which shall consist of police <br /> representatiyes and/or City Manager representatives, and <br /> representation from the County. Cities without formal <br /> representation or appointment may attend and fully participate in <br /> all meerings. The Animal Control Task Force shall remain in <br /> effect throughout the term of this Agreement and may adopt its <br /> own rules of conduct.
