The City Clerk is hereby authorized and cjtirected to accept, on behalf of the City, an emergency access easement, a s~orm drain easement and a ! public service easement, in, on, upon, over, and ac~oss that certain real property ...~ known as Parcel B, as said Parcel is shown on map entitled "Parcel Map No. 92- 7, Official Records of San Mateo County, California, and described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by ref~rence. 2. This Council hereby finds that that ~rtain non-access restriction described on Exhibit "8" and depicted in Exhibit ''P'' hereof, which Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference incorporate~ herein has been superseded by relocation, and said restriction is no longer req~ired for public purposes and, therefore, said restriction shall be, and is hereby ordered, vacated. 3. This Council hereby authorizes the relin~uishment and vacation of the City's interest in an emergency easement, and ,an ingress-egress easement, storm drain easement and public service easerpent, in, on, upon, over, and across that certain real property known as Parcell B, as said Parcel is shown on G:\shared\Redwood\Council\ Reso-070 FXS:rg 09/09/96 . - "..-.."..
