FXHIBTT "A" <br />PROPOSED <br />ANNEXATION OF THE <br />LANDS OF COY TO THE <br />EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />The parcel to be annexed is described as follows: <br />Lot 28, Block 205 as shown on that certain map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake <br />Subdivision Two" filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California on <br />August 1, 1927 in Book 16 of Maps at Page 18 to 21 inclusive, and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot, said point also being an angle point in <br />the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 44822 <br />passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence from said Point of Beginning: <br />1. South 29° 59' 30" East along said District boundary and the northeasterly line of said Lot, <br />a distant of 158.15 feet to the point in the northerly line of West California Way as said Way is <br />shown on said map; <br />2. Thence leaving said district boundary in a southwesterly direction along said northerly <br />line of West California Way 94.90 feet more or less to the southerly comer of said Lot, and a <br />point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District boundary as established by <br />Resolution No. 47528 passed and adopted on November 12, 1985; <br />3. Thence North 25° 51' 10" West, along said district boundaries and along the <br />southwesterly line of said Lot; a distance of 174.36 feet to the westerly comer of said Lot and a <br />point in said District boundary as established by Resolution No. 64075 passed and adopted on <br />November 14, 2000; <br />4.
