The hourly rate is a blended hourly <br />rate of $156.54/hour for approximately 350 hours. <br /> <br />Phase 4 <br />The total cost to provide the services defined in the RFP for Phase 4 is a not-to-exceed <br />amount of $127,260. The hourly rate is $140/hour for approximately 909 hours. <br /> <br />Key Team Members <br /> <br />Michael Gomez shall serve as Project Manager throughout the project and shall <br />participate onsite in important project-related activities at the request of the City. <br />Consultant shall not replace Michael Gomez with another Project Manager without the <br />consent of the City’s City Manager, provided, however, that Consultant may provide a <br />new Project Manager, subject to the reasonable approval of the City, should Michael <br />Gomez cease to be an employee or consultant of Consultant. <br /> <br />Contingency <br />We have added a 10% contingency in the amount of $18,205. <br /> <br />Total contract price is not-to-exceed $200,255. <br /> <br />6.1.E. - Page 15
