4. Full Time Employees <br />NexLevel currently has more than 20 full-time employees located in California. For this project, NexLevel <br />proposes the consulting team identified in Figure 2. <br />Terry Hackelman <br />Engagement Manager <br />Michael Gomez <br />Project Manager and <br />Subject Matter Expert <br />Wendell Yacur, PMP <br />Subject Matter and <br />Procurement Expert <br /> <br />Figure 2 - NexLevel Consulting Team <br />This team offers the Cities the experience and expertise necessary to meet the needs of this important <br />project. The team approach benefits the Cities by enabling us to run activities and tasks in parallel under <br />accelerated timelines, as well as provides increased scheduling flexibility when interacting with staff. In <br />addition, it provides the Cities with increased depth of knowledge and expertise beyond what a single <br />consultant can provide. <br />In the following paragraphs, we provide information on the backgrounds and experience pertaining to <br />each of our proposed team members. <br />Terry Hackelman – Engagement Manager <br />As a Managing Principal and Founder of NexLevel, Mr. Hackelman places a heavy focus on our local <br />government projects. For this project, Mr. Hackelman will function as the Engagement Manager, as well <br />as a subject matter expert. Mr. Hackelman will also provide subject matter expertise for specific areas of <br />ERP functions, the ERP marketplace, procurement and selection, and implementation. As a NexLevel <br />Principal, Mr. Hackelman will ensure this project receives the focus and resources necessary for success. <br />Mr. Hackelman’s project experience includes technology and project assessments, complex business <br />application procurement and selection, vendor negotiations, project management, IT governance, and <br />strategic planning.
