CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 9 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />Mayor John Seybert recused himself from item 6.1.B “Railroad Construction and <br />Maintenance Agreement - Caltrain Grade Crossing Improvements Project” due to a <br />potential conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Council Member Jeff Gee 6.3.C “Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 <br />Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1” due to a potential conflict of <br />interest. <br /> <br />M/S Masur/Borgens to approve item 6.1.B. Motion carried 6-0-1 with Mayor Seybert <br />recused and abstained. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Bain to approve 6.3.C. Motion carried 6-0-1 with Council Member Gee <br />recused and abstained. <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar, excluding items 6.1.B and 6.3.C. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL: Waive reading of the consent calendar and the full text of ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve the Consent Calendar items. <br /> <br /> 1.
