This agreement in no way acts to abrogate or waive an y immunit y <br />available under the Tort Claims Act. <br /> <br />20. Operational Area Coordinator. The Count y of San Mateo Department of Building <br />Department shall act as the initial Operational Area Coordinator of this program for the <br />purpose of: <br />a. Receipt of new members to the agreement. <br /> <br />b. Maintaining a current list of signatory Parties and Coordinators. <br /> <br />c. Establishing and maintaining a list of Local Coordinators who have <br />volunteered to serve as a Zone Coordinator. <br /> <br />d. Circulating annuall y a list of all Parties and Coordinators to all signator y <br />parties. <br />e. Arranging for amendments to the Agreement as may be necessary. <br /> <br />21. Execution. All Parties agree that an y other qualified public agenc y or quasi-public agenc y <br />may become a Part y to this Agreement b y executing a duplicate cop y of this Agreement <br />and sending same to the Operational Area Coordinator, initiall y the County of San Mateo <br />Department of Building Department, addressed as follows: <br /> <br />Building Department Director <br />County of San Mateo <br />555 County Center, 5th Floor <br />Redwood Cit y, CA 94063-1665 <br /> <br />22. Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall create, nor is it <br />intended to create, third party beneficiaries with rights to enforce an y clause, condition or <br />term of this Agreement, or assert a claim or cause of action for breach of this Agreement. <br /> <br />23. Severability. Should any term or provision of this Agreement be determined to be illegal <br />or in conflict with an y law, the validit y of the remaining portions or provisions shall not be <br />affected thereb y. Each term or provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforced as <br />written to the fullest extent permitted by law. <br />6.3.A. - Page 9
