Based on the Council and HHCC discussion, staff and the <br />City Attorney’s Office will move forward with legal review and feasibility analysis in order <br />to return with a series of actions for Council adoption. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The Council could recommend alternatives to the HHCC recommendations. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The fiscal impact of the approval of these recommendations will be the cost of staff time <br />conduct legal analysis.
