E. Council Member Foust — announced that on Sunday, October 3, the second <br />annual "Save the Music" Festival will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with <br />music, canoe races, food, arts and crafts along with community information. Twin <br />Dolphin Drive will be closed off near Sofitel Hotel. <br />ADJOURNMENT —10:25 p.m. (207) <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard to adjourn until the next regular City Council meeting of <br />October 11, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in memory of Timothy Griffith who passed away on <br />September 17, 2004. Tim was a native of Redwood City and graduate of local <br />schools and played sports in the community. His father and stepmother are <br />principals of local schools and active in the community.
