Scope of Work is continqent upon the followinq conditions/assumptions: <br />• Power and backing/support for the walls for flat panel displays is required <br />and to be provided by others. <br />• Conduit for cabling between outdoor display and inner wall to be provided by <br />others. <br />• Premises will be available for work to proceed on consecutive working days <br />during normal working hours. <br />• Cables to/from system components will either be installed in -wall (where <br />practical), above ceiling via industry -standard J hooks, or on the surface of the <br />wall in surface-mounted,non-metallic raceway. <br />• User -supplied equipment is serviceable and in good working order. <br />• Building permits, if required, will be the responsibility of the customer. <br />• All applicable sales tax/use tax will be the responsibility of the customer. <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />The following work is not included in scope of work: <br />• All conduit, high voltage, wiring panels, breakers, relays, boxes, <br />receptacles, etc. <br />• Concrete saw cutting and /or core drilling. <br />• Fire wall, ceiling, roof and floor penetration. <br />• Necessary sheet rock replacement and/or repair. <br />• Necessary ceiling tile or T -bar modifications, replacements <br />and/or repair. <br />• Millwork (table cuts, moldings, trim, etc.) <br />• Painting and patching <br />• Permits (unless specifically provided for and identified within the <br />contract). <br />• Data drops <br />ATY/AGR/2017.110/SPINITAR—SHORES LIBRARY CAMERA SYSTEM <br />REV: 05-16-17 JS <br />Page 13 of 13 <br />
