The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. The City Attorney read the titles of bothresolutions. 4. STAFF REPORTS A. Citizen Survey Award of Contract to JD Franz Research to Conduct a Telephone Survey of Redwood City Residents in the Amount of $18,300 (304) Assistant to the City Manager Moore reported on the request for proposal process, results and interviews of three fimis by Vice Mayor Ruskin, herself, and two members of the Performance Measurement Team. City Manager Everett reported as Vice Mayor Ruskin is out ill he asked his report to Council tonight was that the staff recommendation was approved by the committee. M/S Claire/Ira to adopt Resolution 13547, approving and authorizing execution of agreement for professional survey services to J.D Franz Research of Sacramento, in the amount of $18,300. The motion passed by majority roll call vote with Council Member Leipzig voting no. B. Adoption of City Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement in Connection with the Acquisition of Property Located at 422 and 430 Lincoln Avenue for Low Income Redwood City Residents Providing $260,000 Agency }lousing Funds (Peninsula Habitat for Humanity) (304) City Manager Everett reported this City action is in conjunction with Agency action previously taken earlier this evening. He noted the funding amount change. C. M/S Claire/Hartnett to adopt Resolution 13546, Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement in Connection with the Acquisition of Property Located at 422 and 430 Lincoln Avenue for Low Income Redwood City Residents Providing $260,000 Agency Housing Funds (Habitat for Humanity); with Council member Claire reading the title of the Resolution.
