Citizen Survey Award of Contract to JD Franz Research to Conduct a Telephone Survey <br /> of Redwood City Residents in the Amount of $18,300 (304) <br /> <br /> Assistant to the City Manager Moore reported on the request for proposal process, results and <br /> interviews of three fimis by Vice Mayor Ruskin, herself, and two members of the Performance <br /> Measurement Team. <br /> <br /> City Manager Everett reported as Vice Mayor Ruskin is out ill he asked his report to Council <br /> tonight was that the staff recommendation was approved by the committee. <br /> <br /> M/S Claire/Ira to adopt Resolution 13547, approving and authorizing execution of agreement <br /> for professional survey services to J.D Franz Research of Sacramento, in the amount of <br /> $18,300. The motion passed by majority roll call vote with Council Member Leipzig voting <br /> no. <br /> <br /> B. Adoption of City Resolution Approving and Authorizing Execution of Agreement in <br /> Connection with the Acquisition of Property Located at 422 and 430 Lincoln Avenue for <br /> Low Income Redwood City Residents Providing $260,000 Agency }lousing Funds <br /> (Peninsula Habitat for Humanity) (304) <br /> <br /> City Manager Everett reported this City action is in conjunction with Agency action <br /> previously taken earlier this evening. He noted the funding amount change. <br /> <br /> C.
