<br />Table 1: Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> <br />Impact <br /> <br />Mitigation Measures <br />Timeframe for <br />Implementation <br />Responsibility for <br />Implementation <br />Oversight of <br />Implementation <br />The existing building, common <br />items inside it, and existing <br />shed could contain lead-based <br />paints (LBPs), asbestos- <br />containing material (ACM), <br />polychlorinated biphenyl <br />(PCBs), and mercury. <br />HAZ-2: Hazardous building materials surveys shall be <br />conducted by a qualified and licensed professional for the <br />metal shed and the existing building. All loose and peeling <br />LBP and ACM shall be abated by certified contractor(s) in <br />accordance with National Emission Standards for <br />Hazardous Air Pollutants guidelines, Bay Area Air Quality <br />Management District, and Division of Occupational Safety <br />and Health (Cal/OSHA) requirements.
