ATTY/RESO.0032/PC RESO APPROVING CEQA – 860 CHARTER ST. <br />REV: 06-15-17 PR <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Commission, the Planning Commission considered the IS/MND, the <br />IS/MND for the Project was prepared, published, circulated, <br />reviewed and completed in compliance with State law and CEQA <br />Guidelines, there was adequate public review of the IS/MND, the <br />Planning Commission has considered all comments on the <br />IS/MND, the IS/MND adequately discusses all significant <br />environmental issues, and the IS/MND reflects the independent <br />judgment and analysis of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />iii. Pursuant to Section 15074 of the CEQA Guidelines, the Planning <br />Commission finds that there is no substantial evidence that the <br />Project, as mitigated, will have a significant effect on the <br />environment and that changes or alterations have been required <br />in, or incorporated into, the Project which avoid or substantially <br />lessen the significant environmental effects as identified in the <br />IS/MND. The Planning Commission hereby adopts the IS/MND and <br />MMRP. <br /> <br />b. Pursuant to Section 15074 of the CEQA Guidelines, the documents <br />and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which <br />the Planning Commission based its decision are located in and may be <br />obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is the custodian of <br />records for all matters before the City. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Resolution is effective upon its adoption. <br /> <br />* * *
