06/26/2017 <br />Agency" and the items labeled "Loan Fines" in Exhibit A (the 'Peninsula Library System <br />Fees"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to adopt the Peninsula Library System Fees <br />and authorize the City Manager to adopt amendments to the Peninsula Library System <br />Fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the Facility Rental Fees be reviewed <br />every two years so that the Fees may be adjusted to match the market rate; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly -noticed public hearing was held by the City Council on June <br />26, 2017 to review the Matrix Study and the Proposed Fees; and <br />WHEREAS, at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing, the City made <br />available to the public data indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to <br />provide the services for which the Proposed Fees will be charged and the revenue <br />sources anticipated to provide the services, including general fund revenues; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City as follows: <br />1. The above recitals are accurate, constitute findings in this matter, and are <br />hereby incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />2. The amount of each of the Service Fees, other than the Library loan fines, <br />does not exceed the estimated amount of the reasonable costs required to <br />provide the service for which the fee or service charge is levied. <br />3. The Proposed Fees are hereby approved and adopted <br />4.
