3. Provide 8 1 0x1 0 food tents with mesh walls. <br />4. Provide 10 X 10 Band Dressing Room tent with walls. <br />5. Provide Delivery, Set-up and Strike for Banner Frame, Dance Floor, and <br />contractor -provided tents. <br />6. Install and removal of CITY owned 24 X 20 Stage. <br />7. CONSULTANT is allowed into venue beginning at 9:00 am on day of <br />performance. <br />8. CONSULTANT will have venue available to performer's personnel for set up a <br />minimum of two hours prior to scheduled performance. <br />9. All set up must be completed no /aterthan 30 minutes prior to scheduled <br />performance. <br />10. CONSULTANT will break down majority of equipment and exit area by 9:00pm. <br />11. CONSULTANT will break down all equipment by 12:00pm of the following day. <br />12. CONSULTANT is allowed to park in maintenance yard of park. <br />13. CONSULTANT will provide set up of event food tents. <br />14.
